Working with Sandra was fantastic! Each session’s content established a foundation and built well upon the next. In an open-minded and forward-thinking way, Sandra listened and heard from where I was coming, and was able to skillfully hone in on and guide me where I needed her help the most. Summaries were provided after each session with resource links along with Sandra’s own resource pages, plus action steps that prepared me well for next sessions. Through my work with Sandra, I was able to look at my own professional operations and learn about and identify distinct DISC behavioral patterns [D (dominance), I (influence), S (steadiness), and C (conscientiousness)], Assertive Communication, Negotiation Strategies, Shirzad Chamine’s “Iceberg of Conflict,” Thinking Patterns and strategies for improvement, and John Maxwell’s “The 5 Levels of Leadership.” Over the course of 6 weeks, I have learned so much and have gained both insights and strategies that move the needle further along as I become a better leader.
