
Conflict Management for Leaders and Teams Virtual Workshop
Conflict is a natural part of our professional lives and being able to successfully manage and navigate workplace conflict is an essential skill for leadership and workplace success. In this highly interactive workshop, participants will learn crucial conflict management skills, including common causes of conflict, identifying conflict styles, dealing with anger and using the ABCs of Agreement. Using a combination of small and large group activities, participants will learn skills to understand and resolve conflict successfully while maintaining relationships and building a more positive workplace.
